FillWizard started in 2024 when our founder spent 14 hours filling embassy paperwork for a family relocation. Then realized the same packet would need filling again next year. And the year after.
Why we built it
The first time you fill a residency renewal in Arabic, you discover most form tools cannot handle right-to-left text or scanned PDFs. The second time, you discover your data is scattered across three Word docs and a notes app. The third time, you decide to fix it.
FillWizard is the tool we wished existed: identity profiles you reuse, OCR for scanned government forms, multilingual support that treats Arabic, French, Spanish, German, and English as peers, and a review step that keeps a human in the loop before any PDF leaves your laptop.
Today FillWizard powers visa workflows, HR onboarding packets, insurance claim intake, and government renewals for teams in Cairo, Berlin, Madrid, Paris, and Toronto. Numbers stay small on purpose. We'd rather fix the next form than chase the next round.
